Natural eco-building: Natural homes and buildings including the use of straw bales, rammed earth and tyres, cob and locally sourced timber and other natural or recycled building materials.

High-tech eco building: Incorporating the very latest technologies, such as photovoltaic panels, wind power, underground heat source pumps, triple glazing, and recycled materials.
